Retirement Administrator (Hybrid)
**Req Number** 150335 Job Description Provides technical and specialty knowledge in the area of retirement plan administration, eligibility, processing, problem resolution and follow up including plan analysis and audits. Identifies issues, monitors and administers various pension-related audits to ensure data integrity. Job Responsibility + Administers various retirement plans for employees including determining eligibility, processing, problem resolution, plans analysis, and auditing functions. + Provides employees with information regarding retirement and savings plans offered in organization regarding complex retirement plan questions and issues via the Service Center. + Reviews existing and new plans, analyzes data, identifies, and resolves issues. + Participates in implementation and design changes; ensures data integrity. + Establishes, monitors, and administers various pension-related audits to ensure data integrity; reconciles data and corrects discrepancies. + Performs accurate and timely calculation of pension benefits; initiates commencement of benefit payments, and sends appropriate correspondences to and maintains complete files for retirees and vested participants. + Participates in the creation of Benefits Presentations and provides retirement content for HR Communications. + Compiles retirement plan data (department metrics) for reporting, forecasting, and planning. + Recommends methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies, as necessary. + Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. + Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification + Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. + 1-3 years of relevant experience, required. Preferred skills 1. Microsoft Office experience 2.
