Retirement Plan Support Associate

As a Retirement Plan Support Associate, you will be essential to the Implementation Teams within Retirement Plan Services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring various mailboxes for Retirement Plan enrollment and workflow. Additionally, you will serve as a departmental resource for enrollment materials and provide administrative support. Your duties will encompass preparing and distributing reports, sorting and distributing requests, and processing changes or updates to orders.

You demonstrate working knowledge of retirement products and plans and the ability to apply it to work assignments.

You’re an Outlook expert and have advanced Microsoft skills overall. You’re well-versed in using Excel to store, present, process and analyze data.

You exercise good judgement and have a process for managing competing priorities. You are comfortable when priorities shift, and you manage change with steadfast composure.

You’re highly resourceful, excel in time management, and are driven by deadlines.

You’re a tech-savvy problem solver. You can research and resolve customer questions quickly, working across multiple systems throughout the day.

Your background includes plenty of examples of times when you’ve taken initiative to raise issues, solve problems and get things done.

You are comfortable with a shift ranging from 8-5pm & overtime as business needs allow.‎

Orange County Base Salary Range: $46,123-$73,797

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $40,371-$64,594

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
