This Minnesota State Retirement System position exists to perform professional retirement services for final (first) benefit payments including regular, divorce, and disability. This position will compute and audit the most complex estimates, and calculate death estimates for defined benefit plans. The incumbent will provide high-level counseling both in-person and on the telephone to participants regarding their pension plan(s), Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP), and Minnesota Deferred Compensation Plan (MNDCP). **Minimum Qualifications** Three (3) years of professional experience administering financial or retirement benefits to customers which includes customer coaching, legal interpretation, and guidance on plans and policies. **A Master's degree in business or related field can substitute for 18 months of experience, OR a related Bachelor's degree can substitute for 1 year of experience, OR a related Associate's degree can substitute for 6 months of experience.
