What you’ll do:

The Distributions Specialist handles the distribution of funds from retirement plans and ensures proper taxation with the IRS. Funds are distributed directly, rolled over or transferred in-kind, for those retiring or leaving the company, and people taking distributions while still employed. Tasks also include stops and reissues payments when necessary, and handles other duties such as qualifying hardship documentation and splitting accounts for beneficiaries and alternate payees following divorce. The most qualified candidate will perform activities like these, with the support of management, for 35-40 distributions specialists spread across our locations in Richfield, Ohio, Austin, Texas, and two locations in India. The oversight of the team also includes ensuring that service level guarantees are consistently met, internal partners are satisfied with the execution and timeliness of requests, and external clients’ requests are treated with the utmost care and urgency. Work on projects and initiatives as delegated by management and duties as defined by business need.

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
