Actalent is Hiring a commissioning Engineer

Requirements:

-3 years of experience of building commissioning

-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or related degrees

-Familiar with local codes, IECC, ASHRAE, LEED

Description

-Perform tests for a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems

-Perform design, submittal, and other document reviews and provide construction observations

-Develop pre-functional/functional test plans

-Execute all aspects of existing building commissioning projects including field data collection, checklist development, on-site functional testing, analysis, calculations and final report writing

-Witness and interpret equipment performance tests, install and use data logging equipment and analyze data collected

-Contribute to the engineering team’s delivery of energy consulting on complex projects for local and national clients

-Complete written commissioning reports, clearly communicating results to clients and stakeholders

-Perform research into new technologies and remaining up to date on industry trends

-Participate in the development of internal company initiatives

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00
