Oversee RTI Processes: Manage and supervise the Return to Inventory (RTI) processes, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of returned materials. Maintain Accurate Records: Implement and maintain precise inventory records, utilizing advanced record-keeping abilities to track the movement of materials in the RTI area. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements and facilitate the timely return of items to inventory for seamless business operations. Implement Best Practices: Employ industry best practices to optimize inventory control procedures, contributing to the enhancement of overall operational efficiency. Troubleshoot Issues: Proactively identify and address any discrepancies or issues in the RTI processes, employing problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth flow of materials. Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits of inventory to validate accuracy, address discrepancies promptly, and uphold the integrity of the inventory control system.

You have…  Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inventory control, with a specific focus on managing Return to Inventory (RTI) processes. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, ensuring the integrity of the RTI processes. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey inventory-related information clearly. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently, maintain order in the RTI area, and uphold efficient material flow.
