**Job Title: Drum Filler** **Job Description** The Returnable Drum Filler is responsible for filling returnable drums in accordance with the customer’s and/or company’s specifications. The role includes inspecting drums for damage, filling them per MS 8.5/3-82, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring safety, and performing real-time reporting in SAP. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Group Leader. **Hard Skills** + Manufacturing experience (1-3 years) + Production experience (1-3 years) + Forklift operation (Preferred) **Soft Skills** + Collaboration + Attention to detail + Safety awareness **Work Environment** Chemical plant with 98% automotive material production. The environment includes exposure to manufacturing operations such as moving equipment, noise, fumes, vibrations, and dust. The work environment is climate-controlled. Shifts include: 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday), 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday – Friday), and 3rd shift (11:00pm – 7:30am, Sunday – Thursday). Weekend work may be required. Overtime may be needed based on business needs, with schedules posted weekly.
