Job Type: Returns Analyst

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

Pay: $30-35/hr

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a returns analyst to join their team. The returns analyst serves as an integral contributor working cross functionally in the AR Lifecycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of generic pharmaceutical experience and strong Excel skills.

What you'll be responsible for:

Monitor and Process Returns: Handle customer claims for return-related credits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Data Analysis: Analyze and validate return claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounts receivable, customer service, sales, contracts, pricing, and IT departments.Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers and third-party companies to resolve return issues and disputes.Reporting: Provide periodic and ad hoc reports on return activities and trends.Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is provided for credit approval or denial.

What you’ll bring: 

Knowledge of financial processes including returns, pricing, rebates and admin fees.3+ years of generic pharmaceutical experience Working knowledge of SAP

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
