We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with pharmaceutical experience to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to process backdated years of returns. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets to reconcile accounts, issue credits, and validate amounts.
Responsibilities
+ Process backdated years of returns
+ Pull data from Excel, compare the data to deductions, issue credit, and validate amounts were correct
+ Conduct investigations as necessary
+ Reconcile accounts
+ Prioritize tasks effectively
+ Work with large data sets
Essential Skills
+ Experience in returns processing
+ Pharmaceutical industry experience
+ Proficiency in Excel, including SumIf and XLookup functions
+ Strong reconciliation skills
+ Experience in accounts receivable
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with JDE as an ERP system
+ Ability to work effectively with large data sets
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
