Job Title: Returns Processing Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Returns Processing Analyst with pharmaceutical experience. This role focuses on processing backdated years of returns. The analyst will pull data from Excel, compare the data to deductions, issue credits, and validate amounts. Investigation and reconciliation of accounts will be required. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets.

ResponsibilitiesProcess backdated years of returns.Pull data from Excel and compare it to deductions.Issue credit and validate amounts were correct.Investigate discrepancies as necessary.Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.Prioritize tasks effectively.Work with large data sets.Essential SkillsExperience in returns processing.Pharmaceutical industry experience.Proficiency in Excel, including SumIf and XLookup functions.Reconciliation skills.Accounts receivable experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of Excel for handling large data sets.Experience with JDE as an ERP system.Work Environment

The role is with an international pharmaceutical company that engages in research, development, manufacture, and marketing of generic and value-added medicines. The company aims to distribute these medicines in Europe, the US, and over 60 other countries through strategic alliances. The work environment involves working with advanced pharmaceutical technologies and systems in a professional setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
