Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Accountant in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The role involves dealing with multiple currencies, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements, among other tasks. This role is in the accounting industry where you will be part of our team, ensuring the smooth running of our accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Accurately prepare quarterly financial statements. • Facilitate the buying of foreign exchange forward contracts. • Handle transactions and accounts in several currencies. • Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on a quarterly basis. • Manage the billing of major projects and monitor deposits from customers and to vendors. • Take responsibility for paying international invoices. • Quote and price products from Denmark. • File Sales Tax Returns. • Handle payroll and payroll tax returns, making journal entries for payroll into the general ledger. • Calculate commissions for sales and service employees. • Manage 401K Payments and keep track of loans. • Prepare Cash Projections. • Issue letters of credit. • Monitor exchange rates daily. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with BlackLine software is necessary • Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is required • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected • Solid understanding of ERP Solutions • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential • Proficiency in Accrual Accounting is required • Prior experience in Auditing is expected • Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
