Revenue Administrator
Volt seeking a Revenue Administrator to join the Finance Support Services team in Woburn, MA. The Revenue Administration group processes customer purchase orders and is responsible for the creation, maintenance, budget setup, billing, and reconciliation of revenue projects. Day to day you will drive continuous improvements of processes and performance while managing efforts to capture accurate data and generate Oracle projects and budgets in a timely manner. You will drive success with internal customers by partnering cross-functionally to communicate best practices, develop and maintain consistent standards, and enforce policies related to key inputs and outputs of the revenue administration process.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tImplement improvements to current processes in order to maximize efficiency.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProvide exceptional customer service and partnership to the Operations and Accounting departments and to external customers.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tCreate timely and accurate accounts receivable transactions, credits, Siterra and Oracle projects, and Oracle budgets.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tEnsure the timely and accurate receipt and processing of customer purchase orders.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tEnsure that all monthly billings are accurate and completed on time.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tGenerate and analyze reports for invoicing, project set ups, and purchase orders.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tOther duties as assigned.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis is a full time opportunity.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate will have:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tExcellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to present ideas and information clearly and confidently.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tOracle and Microsoft Office Suite experience required.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tExperience with data loaders preferred.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tApproximately 5% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tAstute planning skills along with the ability to lead through influence and be a proactive partner with a strong customer-service orientation.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tStrong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tAbility to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
