Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our revenue streams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Accounting teams to analyze revenue trends, assess pricing strategies, and provide insights into customer behavior. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and experience working in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst, revenue analyst, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or software company.Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.Experience with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and other financial systems is a plus.Excellent Excel skills, including PivotTables, Lookup functions, conditional logicStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models.Advanced analytical skills, with experience using Power BI or similar data modeling tools Responsibilities Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), churn, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).Track revenue by product and service offering, including software subscriptions and bundled implementation services.Conduct analysis to assess the effectiveness of current pricing strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to model the financial impact of pricing changes or new service offerings.Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and churn data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Assist in developing strategies to minimize churn and maximize renewal rates.Support the FP&A team in developing revenue forecasts and long-term projections.Analyze historical trends and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to incorporate pipeline data into forecasts.Provide insights into pricing models and renewal trends to refine financial projections.Work closely with the Sales, Accounting, and FP&A teams to streamline revenue operations and improve data integrity.Support the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations on revenue performance.
