Revenue Analyst - Contract (Hybrid)

We are looking for a contract Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic team during our busy season. In this role, you will perform all aspects of the monthly billing cycle. You will work as a proactive problem solver with a focus on execution, accountability and ownership. The role requires the ability to multi-task and complete many responsibilities simultaneously.

This is a temporary, contract position expected to last through the end of June, 2025. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a specific group of customers are invoiced timely, accurately and completelyPerform financial and billing related analysis and researchCompile and prepare reports or invoices for internal and external clientsAdapt to constantly evolving requirements and business needs; quickly implement solutions when vitalFollow through with projects and initiatives relating to customers' billing requirementsCommunicate effectively with peers and leaders in related functional areas in order to ensure client billing needs are being metEnsure data and analytics are presented in a structured and easy to understand manner

Requirements:

2+ years finance or accounting experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel highly preferredDetailed understanding of both how and why functions are performed and how they are related to the overall billing structure.Ability to effectively communicate findings to peers and leadersAbility to research complex issues with internal partners and respond to customer, client, and/or internal client requests via telephone and/or email.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet designated deadlines

Hourly range $20-25/hr
