Inspect all assigned areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations. 2. Utilization of all current and future technology in the completion of assigned duties. 3. Must possess scheduling flexibility in shifts and times according to business demands. Respond quickly to all emergencies by contacting 911 for life-threatening situations, the Security Control Center for other assistance and/or the supervisor. 2. Have functional knowledge of all parking equipment on site: a. Effectively use the systems as intended b. Evaluate proper general functionality of all devices and systems installed at location c. Evaluate and effectively troubleshoot malfunctions and take necessary action to correct in timely manner d. Perform basic repairs or maintenance of the equipment 3. Monitor for and report the following exceptional conditions when they arise: a. Equipment failures b. Observed or suspected violations of company policy c. Unsafe work practice or unsafe situation d. Crime, vandalism or damage e. Observed operational difficulties or situations, and be able to provide suggestions for solutions 4. Take immediate corrective action to satisfactorily address any unacceptable conditions related to safety hazards, housekeeping, etc. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
