As a Revenue Cycle Healthcare Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of hospital and physician charges related to clinical trials, research, and grants. You will:

Conduct daily reviews of pre-billed, billed, and denied charges to distinguish between research-related and standard-of-care activities. Resolve issues involving charge edits, claims processing, and revenue cycle functions to optimize workflows. Utilize clinical documentation, coding (CPT, Modifiers, ICD-10), and billing data to correct and process charges efficiently. Communicate risks and compliance concerns to leadership, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with clinical research departments to serve as a subject matter expert for research-related billing activities. Analyze data trends, generate reports, and contribute to process enhancements that improve revenue cycle performance. Stay current on government regulations, clinical trial protocols, and industry standards to support organizational compliance.

Salary Range: $76,200–$158,800 annually
