And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. **Make a Difference** Revenue Cycle Performance Specialist is responsible for operationalizing and maintaining successful education programs for Community Health Network, as well as researching and aligning educational resources with strategic focus areas. The Specialist is a key communicator and contributor in the discovery and implementation of process improvements to support the mission, vision and values of Community Health Network. Revenue Cycle Performance Specialists work closely with the Network Analytics team to monitor key performance indicators through reporting and analysis to assist in the identification trends, drive change, and promote training initiatives. The Specialist will carry out their role through participation at various levels serving as a point person for revenue cycle functions across Community Health Network. This role will collaborate with operational leaders and Finance serving as a liaison between the various sites of care and the Cooperative Business Office, while keeping the Education Manager and Analytics Education Executive Director apprised with results. This role will collaborate with others to identify best practices using data to prioritize and foster solutions for the highest level of revenue cycle efficiency and excellence. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward training others. · Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, education, or related field preferred. · In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of experience is required. · Four (4) years of experience in a hospital, physician office, healthcare revenue cycle or other relevant experience required. · Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred. **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
