The role will proactively analyze organizational performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support developmental projects and communications as needed. The position will use a data driven approach to communicate with revenue cycle leaders including service line executives to engage in opportunities for improvement and all matters relevant to revenue cycle practices. This position has overall knowledge of the work performed in the specific service line designated to the role including a detailed understanding of patient access, coding, billing, and denials routines as it pertains to the designated service line. **Education and/or Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in applied health sciences, health Information, healthcare administration, statistics or related healthcare field is required. + Will consider related healthcare degree based on experience and education. + Minimum of two years’ experience in health system with progressive responsibilities related to revenue cycle involvement. + Prior experience of direct engagement with clinicians is preferred. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** + Coding certification by AAPC or AHIMA is required. **Work Schedule** + Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks + Weekend involvement: will be expected to work flexible hours when needed. **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. + $38.75 - $58.50 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
