Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor- Payment Posting and AR for their Costa Mesa, CA location. Responsibilities: + This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle. + Has direct responsibility for overseeing workflows and processes as well as continuously looking for improvements in the revenue cycle. + This position will require the ability to manage difficult and complex issues along with providing action plans to resolve obstacles that maybe impactful to the revenue cycle. + In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training and development and retention of staff. + Supports the Principal, Revenue Cycle Operations and responds positively to special projects and responsibilities, including performance objectives. + Responsible to make sure that the monthly month end process is finalized. + Oversees staff and ensures that work strategies are set for each area of the revenue cycle. + Responsible for training, onboarding, and mentoring of staff. + Perform other duties as assigned.
