**Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!** **Job Title:** Revenue Cycle System Support Technician **Cost Center:** 101651042 Cash Processing **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 **Employee Type:** Regular **Work Shift:** 40 Normal (United States of America) **Job Description:** **JOB SUMMARY** The Revenue Systems Support Technician provides high quality reporting, technical maintenance and overall support of revenue systems, applications, databases, and configuration to meet the requirements of the business areas. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** High school graduate or equivalent. **Preferred/Optional:** Associate’s degree in accounting, computer sciences, or business fields. Completion of medical terminology, current ICD coding, and CPT/HCPCS coding. **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:** Four years’ experience in revenue cycle or medical reimbursement working with fees, service codes, insurance, and billing issues. Four years’ experience with computer software applications. Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. **Preferred/Optional:** Experience with software specific to the department the position resides in. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
