**Summary**
Our team in Salisbury is looking for the next Revenue Growth Manager to support the Wholesale, Industrial, Foodservice & International teams. The Manager of Revenue Management applies advanced analytics, modeling, problem solving, and process discipline in the development of pricing strategies, trade allocation, and customer investments. This role cross-functionally with: Whole Bird Profitability, Sales Planning & Marketing to lead the development of a sustainable model for pricing excellence.
The salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Manages process to optimize profits through analysis of all customer investments to deliver growth opportunities and product mix.
+ Manages the development, application and alignment of the Perdue Segmentation model and Total Customer Investment model and reporting.
+ Participates in compliance process to ensure customer trade investments and pricing deliver required profitable growth and are in accordance with DAPO direction.
+ Supports development of RGM enablers (data, system, process, capabilities) that optimize the path for supporting revenue growth across all routes to market and lines of business.
+ Manage RFP Process including bid, implementation, compliance, and auditing.
+ Support the Annual Planning Process through development of the annual trade promotion budgets by deploying net revenue, trade, and volume targets.
+ Partner with Foodservice and Commodities sales and sales planning to ensure spending is managed with budget parameters. Conduct monthly spending review meetings with sales teams. Support the development of corrective actions as needed. Leads analysis in pricing and cost to serve to drive revenue.
**Experience and Education Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree required plus 5 years’ experience with heavy emphasis on Sales and/or Analytical Roles within a Headquarters environment. Our ideal candidate will have:
+ Demonstrated strong analytical, financial management, business acumen and problem solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and comfortable under pressure.
+ Strong focus in process management, experience in process improvement projects preferred.
+ Outstanding organizational and follow up skills.
+ Ability to foster passion and commitment in others, and to motivate teams to achieve performance metrics.
+ People Leadership Development skills and experience working within a large team/organization.
+ In depth knowledge of Foodservice and Retailer go to market strategies and class of trade /channel dynamics.
+ Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills).
+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management.
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
This position is office based in an open cubical environment.
