**Revenue Integrity Charge Analyst – Revenue Integrity**

**Work location:** Texas Health Resources, 612 East Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011
(Primarily Remote, must live in Dallas-Fort Worth area or be willing to relocate)
**Work hours:** Full Time Days (Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.
**Revenue Integrity Department highlights:**

**Here’s What You Need**
· Bachelor's Degree Business or Healthcare related **(Required)**
· 3 years increasing knowledge and experience in charge capture in healthcare setting **(Required)**
**What You Will Do**
The Revenue Integrity Charge Analyst helps monitor the charge capture practices of the organization and serves as the liaison between clinical, finance, revenue cycle, and IT. This position requires extensive knowledge of operational and technical charging processes. The Analyst may lead, perform, and/or assist with activities related to department and/or service line check-ins, workflow review, education/training, identification and resolution of simple to complex issues, root cause analysis, and system updates needed for complete and accurate clinical revenue generating department charge capture. The Analyst is also responsible for providing the highest quality service to Revenue Integrity customers, which include, but is not limited to charge champions, hospital leaders, IT, Finance, co-workers, and other revenue cycle colleagues.
· Serve as charge capture SME for clinical revenue generating departments as it relates to charge capture activities and processes to achieve accurate charging practices and/or improvement in charge capture.
· Monitor clinical revenue generating department work queues to ensure timely review and resolution.
· Review assigned work queues to facilitate resolution of charge related errors.
· Promote process standardization across related clinical revenue generating departments to improve charge capture processes for the system.
· Provide support to clinical revenue generating departments as it pertains to charge discrepancy research and facilitate issue resolution, as needed.
· Complete assigned special projects in a timely manner, seeking advice and guidance as necessary to ensure proper understanding.
· Perform root cause analysis on identified simple to complex charge related issues and collaborate with appropriate teams to resolve.
· Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators to facilitate resolution for issues preventing accounts from timely billing.
· Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc reports using a variety of source systems and presentation software for review, analysis, and interpretation to report trends and opportunities for charge capture improvement.
