Treasury and Payment Solutions (TPS) Revenue Management seeks a dynamic individual to drive the evolving Cash Management business.

This role involves developing innovative data strategies and reporting to enhance business profitabilityFocus on TPS fee pricing strategies working with TPS Product to help determine standard fee pricingWork with TPS Sales teams to evaluate exception pricing opportunitiesWork with benchmarking and industry data to evaluate TPS fee pricingResearch revenue leakage by improving processes and proceduresBuild/Maintain TPS pricing tools to monitor pricing changesEnsures financial results are well understood and how they impact to business resultsDevelops knowledge related to business/group strategy, plans and financial activitiesGathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboardsCoordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestonesCollaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectivesEmploys systems e.g. customized exception reports, tracking reports, etc. to manage informationExecutes routine tasks such as adhoc requests, transactions, queries etc. within relevant service level agreementsCompletes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employeesAnalyzes issues and determines next stepsBroader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTreasury Services/Cash Management Banking Knowledge is an assetVerbal & written communication skills - ProficientOrganization skills - ProficientCollaboration & team skills - ProficientAnalytical and problem solving skills - ProficientExcel - ExpertPower BI - ProficientExperience in Alteryx, Business Objects or similar data analytics and visualization platforms is an asset

Salary:

$56,000.00 - $104,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
