Right now, we are looking for a Revenue Manager located in San Antonio, TX to be an integral member of the Commercial Finance team by helping to implement and validate pricing strategy across the company. This role will also focus on supporting our sales team with pricing strategy, implementation, and analysis. A successful candidate will be naturally curious and will approach problem solving with a can-do attitude. Your critical thinking will help ensure the team doesn’t miss a beat in maximizing profit for the organization.

What You'll Do:
Oversee and implement company pricing across products for assigned geography Responsible for reviewing and processing price proposals, ensuring compliance of brand strategies and profit thresholds Identify pricing, margin, or profit issues and opportunities, and provide solutions working in conjunction with field sales Analyze product price indexes in market by brand and strategy, and provide solutions to achieve desired index if necessary Provide lift analysis on strategical discounts and promotional activity Assist Commercial Finance team with annual forecasting, including but not limited to; discount budgeting, predicting price increases etc Assist Accounting Department with monthly discount accruals Ad Hoc projects as needed for various departments such as Marketing, National Accounts, Sales, Accounting
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science from an accredited college or university 3-5 years of experience in related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience Analytical Background (Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics) Ability to quickly recognize data issues and apply critical thinking/problem-solving skills to develop proactive solutions Desire to learn about the beer industry and understand retail pricing dynamics Advanced MS Excel Strong ERP System knowledge, Cognos TM1, VIP iDig, or similar BI tools preferred
