This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Intelligence, Commercial Strategy & Revenue Management team that supports both international & Local UK&I advertising sales efforts WBD.
The Revenue Manager UK Ad Sales will be responsible for tracking, analysing, and reporting revenue data across a myriad of business streams. The role holder will work alongside the BI & RM Director on managing accurate pipelines & forecasts. The role involves regular interactions with the Sales teams, the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as with the various managers of the back-office team: CRM, Commercial Strategy & Systems, PAN / Local coordination as well as BI / Ad Sales Research. The role holder will also eventually be responsible for managing the UK Ad Sales Salesforce interface that will be launched in the course of 2025 (helping the teams to navigate the tool, ensuring optimal performance of the system, gathering requirements, driving behaviour and making sure the data entered by the sales teams is accurate and up to date). As part of the wider BI & RM team, the role holder will participate in consolidating performance data and identifying global synergies to best support our local & international commercial strategies. The role will be reporting to the BI & RM Director.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Collaborate on a daily basis with the UK&I Sales Teams
Track Ad Sales performance data on an on-going basis (bookings, pipeline, forecast)
Collaborate with the BI & RM Director on Pipeline & Forecast for UK&I Ad Sales
Collaborate with the finance team
Work with the Salesforce integrator to help the team shaping the most relevant interface
Work alongside the Int’l Ad Sales CRM Manager to ensure the UK&I tool allows to steer the commercial activity efficiently
Analyze sales data to identify revenue opportunities
Produce weekly and monthly reports to Top Management
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to optimize Leads generation (BC Intel, Kantar Media, Desk Research, Power BI client Report, etc.)
Collaborate in the production of commercially relevant decks & insights in collaboration with the wider Business Intelligence team
Be an identified point of contact in the Central Revenue Management team for communication with the offshore FP&A team
Qualifications & Experience...
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
3 years+ of relevant experience: Demonstrated experience in revenue management or comparable positions
Media experience is a must
Experience with Salesforce and / or CRM products is a plus
Understanding of all commercial media platforms (especially linear, digital, Streaming and social media)
Solid knowledge of advertising / media landscape
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective planning and organization skills
Fluency in English required (French is a plus)
Comfortable in an international environment
Must be detailed oriented and able to handle multiple projects/priorities
Strong Interest in TV, media, advertising and/ or entertainment industries
Extremely comfortable with numbers
Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel
Proficiency with presentation tools like PowerPoint is a plus
Reactive, proactive, autonomous
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
