Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee global end-to-end variable considerations processing and accruals for multiple rebate and promotional programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and US GAAP.
Collaborate with Sales and key cross-functional stakeholders to align and ensure program offers are created and reviewed appropriately according to quarterly and annual agreements. Strengthening key cross-functional relationships while raising awareness of accounting needs and priorities.
Review and assess monthly accrual reports to confirm that accruals are sufficient based on Net Bookings. Prepare and review contra revenue-related journal entries as needed.
Manage and maintain the Oracle (ChRM) Channel Revenue Management system to ensure data accuracy and correct downstream systems (i.e., Hyperion, Oracle G/L etc.)
Participate in and lead weekly meetings with IT to resolve Oracle system issues, driving process improvements, streamline process and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance ChRM system capabilities.
Support post-audit processes by maintaining thorough documentation of rebate programs and coordinating with internal audit teams as needed. Lead and manage interactions with external auditors to ensure smooth and accurate quarterly and year-end audits.
Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of open rebate balances, collaborating with Sales, Claims, and Finance teams to determine close-out requirements and minimize Corsair’s liabilities.
Oversee contract reviews and transcribe terms and conditions into tracker.
Enhance contra revenue efficiency through enablement rebate programs, process improvements, and support new incentive initiatives.
Provide support for other ad hoc analyses, user acceptance testing (UAT), influence projects end-to-end and revenue related projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
5-8 years of relevant work experience in rebate programs, revenue operations, or a related role.
Knowledge of ASC 606 and SSP analysis.
Ability to take initiative with a strong sense of ownership over shaping and executing initiatives and operations.
Ability to understand and evaluate sales program offers, assessing relevant considerations.
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and driving results especially with Sales and sales operation.
Passionate about examining all aspects of a problem and proposing a resolution
Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in data-driven decision-making and project management.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Expertise in Excel data manipulation, and data analytics with large data table
Capacity to quickly iterate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $140,000—$180,000 USD
