Revenue Operations Director - CVS Media Exchange (CMX)

CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.


Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Operations will own the setting of the vision for the team and will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Executive leadership to optimize the strategies, processes, and systems that will accelerate CVS Health’s ability to realize the company’s full potential. The right candidate will quickly become a trusted operating partner and strategic advisor to the CMX Leadership team, and will ensure successful delivery of GTM, sales and revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning to maximize revenue generation.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Own and set the vision for the RevOps function, fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision making, and prioritizing an achievable roadmap for each of its teamsDrive the annual operating and revenue planning processOwn capacity planning that aligns with CMX financial goalsCollaborate with Revenue Leaders to develop, align, and implement territory assignments, sales/compensation plans, and quotasKeep customer, lead, revenue, and other corporate data aligned and accurate across the organizationAnalyze the productivity of the Sales, BDR, and CFT teamsDevelop and deliver reporting/business reviews which track the performance of the CMX businessCollaborate with the Monetization’s Analytics teams to identify performance trends through the proactive analysis of reports and dashboards

This role will be hybrid – 3 days/week – Tuesday – Thursday in one of our Corporate Hubs. Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI, Hartford, CT, Chicago, IL, Blue Bell, PA or New York, NY.


Required Qualifications

8+ years experience as a Financial/Revenue Operations Leader in Media or Advertising related industries3+ years experience designing sales processes and infrastructure while leveraging data to drive influence and strategy2+ experience with BI tools (Tableau), strong modeling experience required.1+ years’ experience architecting and running weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with billing management and A/R processesRetail media experience is a plusAbility to draw actionable insights from large and complex datasets.Comfortable working closely with and building relationships with senior executivesDemonstrated strategy experience and ability to understand business trendsProven ability to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations of significant scope through growth

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required. 

Masters preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
