Revenue Operations Lead, Business Development - Uber for Business
Uber’s Growth & Operations (G&O) team expands our consumer base, increases engagement, and tailors products to fit local markets. We drive strategic roadmaps, optimize processes, manage budgets, and advocate for product features. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead for our Business Development function to play a pivotal role in guiding the planning, execution, and strategic direction for the business. The Business Development (BD) team fuels Uber’s growth by forming and expanding strategic partnerships across Uber Eats, Uber Direct, Uber for Business, and other key verticals. Collaborating with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering, the team drives impactful partnerships that support Uber’s long-term success. The Revenue Operations Lead will bring visibility, direction, and oversight to BD, focusing on target setting, performance tracking, and designing scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in global Revenue/Sales Operations, with a strong executive presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Planning:** Lead data-driven reports and forecasts, set performance targets, and integrate OKRs into operations. - **Operations & Change Management:** Manage tool and process updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective communication. - **Reporting & Insights:** Track metrics for launches, advise on feasibility, timelines, tech lift, and ROI. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Align partners on program objectives and maintain consistent communication. **Basic Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role. - Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC), CRM/PRM systems, and cross-functional tech tools. - A strong foundation in project/program management, with an ability to organize complex projects and lead cross-functional initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree **Preferred Qualifications:** - Excellent communication, written and verbal - the ability to engage internal and external consumers is paramount - Proven ability to work with and influence senior leadership - Deep understanding of the user and customer experience - change management, CRM/PRM, customer tech, etc. - Experience working alongside engineering and product teams to implement technology solutions For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$168,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$168,500 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$168,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
