About the Role As Kenect is entering a new era of growth, we need a leader to take charge of our revenue operations while working closely with Marketing, Sales, and the rest of the company. We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Leader with a strong foundation in marketing operations who excels in a hands-on role. This individual will drive top-of-funnel optimization, oversee deal desk operations, and implement scalable revenue strategies. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and sales leadership to align operational processes, ensure data accuracy, and enhance overall revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools while also driving bottom-of-the-funnel efficiencies, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk operations, and revenue analytics, while serving as a strategic partner to the Salesforce team. This role includes direct management of one revenue analyst. What You Will Be Doing + Define and execute revenue operations strategies to align with company growth objectives. + Optimize marketing operations with a strong focus on top-of-funnel efficiency, lead management, and automation. + Own and enhance sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution models. + Act as a cross-functional partner to marketing, finance, and customer success teams to drive seamless revenue operations. + Manage deal desk operations, ensuring pricing, contract approvals, and workflow efficiency. + Develop and implement comprehensive SLA agreements between sales and marketing to ensure alignment on lead handoff, response times, and follow-up protocols, fostering improved collaboration and accountability. + Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales trends, and revenue insights. + Identify and implement workflow improvements to eliminate friction and drive operational efficiency. + Lead and mentor a revenue analyst, fostering data-driven decision-making and process optimization. Skills & Qualifications + 7-10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations. + Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. + Strong understanding of Salesforce and the ability to guide its optimization. + Proven track record of developing and implementing scalable RevOps processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. + Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, forecasting, and business intelligence tools. + Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure operational alignment and revenue efficiency. + Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. + Experience leading or mentoring team members in a RevOps or analytics capacity.
