This position will require excellent organizational, data analysis, and analytical skills, as well as expansive knowledge of laboratory operations. The scope of this position requires an ability to communicate clearly, effectively and to manage tasks to the point of completion without immediate supervision and is inclusive of all other administrative duties that are required to support the Revenue Services team as needed; this position will work directly with the department’s Sr. Director of Revenue Services. _Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._ **CORE FUNCTIONS** 1. Become a subject matter expert on Xifin billing system, and on standard billing and compliance protocols, to support independent projects and initiatives on an as needed basis. 2. Research, prepare, and present policy coverage analyses to support the assessment of test profitability and business growth decisions. 3. Upon request, review billing data points to perform root cause analysis and ensure effectiveness of quality control measures. 4. Aid in the research and resolution of Quality, Risk, Compliance, etc. related findings to support the facilitation of corrective measures and the completion of all required actions to close out any open action items within an appropriate time frame as necessitated by operational or regulatory guidelines. 5.
