The Revenue Retention & Expansion Divisional Process Owner is responsible for understanding NAA's Renewal and Expansion business needs as conveyed by the NAA executive leadership.  

They represent NAA divisional expectations to influence the definition of the global Revenue Retention & Expansion standard process.

The DPO is empowered to make decisions on behalf of our division related to Sales Engagement process design and deployment.

DPOs are expected to communicate and disseminate information from the interlock meetings back to NAA Operations and divisional leadership. 

The Revenue Retention & Expansion Divisional Process Owner is accountable for defining and delivering the divisional success plan (driving the usage and adoption of the global standard process within the division.
