Revenue Service Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Effectively manage relationships with partnering departments and client-facing leaders/colleagues, to resolve discrepancies or escalations.

Ensure revenue compliance to the compensation terms, corporate policies, client service agreements, and invoicing procedures.

Work directly with our client support team and utilize proprietary billing systems to provide timely and accurate invoices.

Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and timeliness metrics.

Collaborate on process improvement strategies as well as participate in meetings and engagement activities.

Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards.

What you need to have:

1+ year of customer service experience

Intermediate MS Office proficiency; knowledge of basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Outlook organization

Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail
