As a Revenue Specialist, you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. You will be on the RMCC Standard Model team, reporting to the Assistant Director of Revenue Management.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nAnalyze hotel pricing and inventory to propose daily pricing strategies aimed at increasing market share.\nLead weekly revenue management meetings with an emphasis on providing strategies based on past and future performance statistics to achieve market share growth, and cultivating a trusted advisor relationship with the hotel teams.\nConfigure several systems including GRO and OnQ R&I\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nWork with multiple teams to fulfill deadlines, improve, and accomplish shared initiatives.\nCollaborate with hotels team and revenue management partners to gain market insight, balancing hotel, and enterprise objectives.\nUse skills to foster trusted advisor relationships that motivate and influence internal and external partners to enhance productivity\n\n

What projects you will take ownership of:

\n\nAs part of a team, you will build and support our culture of entrepreneurship and excellence in supporting our clients.\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nProficiency in analyzing, and explaining statistical data, to develop strategies and generate a course of action.\nAbility to quickly learn new technology, processes, and programs when required\nHigh proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nStrong mathematical comprehension\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\nBA/BS Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or a related field of study, OR two (2) years or more of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations.\nHospitality industry experience\nProficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports\n\n
