\nThis is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As a Revenue Specialist, you will support the team that's helping hotels grow market share and outperform competitors. On the RMCC México team reporting to Assistant Director, you will work on projects including maximize room revenue and grow the Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) Index and market share for each hotel in a portfolio of properties.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nConduct a daily pricing, strategy review for each property and send targeted daily communications describing relevant changes. \nFormulate a plan to improve hotel performance, communicate that plan to the hotel team, and implement the changes in relevant systems. \nYou will lead RM Meetings, including discussion on future issues such as booking pace, performance statistics, and other hotel-specific goals. \nBuild a trusting relationship with your assigned portfolio of hotels and main revenue management partners. \n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nThe Revenue Specialist interacts with key hotel team members, including the General Manager, Director of Sales, and Front Office Manager. Other main partners may include Regional Revenue Management team members, management company representatives, and other Commercial Services team members. \n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nContribute to develop new service models based on the needs of specific Latin-American markets. \n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nTwo (2) years of hospitality work experience with a preference for front office operations, reservations, data management, revenue management, etc. \nFluent in both English and Spanish with written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills\nTravel up to two or three times per year\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.\nProficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports \nHigh proficiency with Microsoft Suite\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
