Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the reverse logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support.Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations.Oversee the daily operations of the reverse logistics and return to the seller department.Develop and implement return policies and procedures.Implement a customer feedback process to improve reverse logistics services.Coordinate with vendors and other departments to ensure seamless return processes.Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reverse logistics.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree directly related to supply chain/reverse logistics experience.At least 3 years of experience in reverse logistics/supply chain and warehousing.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Farsi.Analytical skills to assess performance data and make informed decisions.Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
