Job Description:

GliaCell is seeking a Reverse Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.

Position Description:

You will be part of a quick reaction team, working in an exciting target space with difficult problems that must be solved rapidly and effectively. You will primarily operate as a reverse engineer/vulnerability analyst, and may be required to develop prototypes showcasing your research based on mission needs. You will be working very closely with operators, analysts, and software developers, and your work will have a direct impact on a very important mission.

Responsibilities: 

Work with operators and analysts to develop, derive, document, and analyze requirements.Conduct reverse engineering and malware analysis based on requirements.Build prototypes to demonstrate results of analysis.Augment existing toolsets.

Key Requirements:

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.U.S. Citizenship.The candidate shall 8 or more years of experience and a B.S. degree in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years in place of a B.S.  Other qualifications include:Works well independently as well as on a team. Strong communication skills. 

Key Experience:

Reverse engineering and debugging experience using industry standard tools such as IDA, Ghidra, OllyDbg, etc.Experience with vulnerability research and exploit development.Experience with assembly language (x86/64, ARM, MIPS, etc.).Development experience in C/C++ and Python.Familiarity with Git and Subversion.

Desired: 

Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP.Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust.Experience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications.Experience with automating reverse engineering tasks.Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.Experience developing software for embedded systems.Experience using/developing fuzzing capabilities.

Location: Laurel, MD 

Salary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $190,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects. Within the range, your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred position during the hiring process.
