MDC is looking for someone to join the company's largest Reverse Logistics department Responsibilities + Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures. + Develop employees through coaching, goal setting, conducting performance reviews + Initiate and implement programs and procedures required to ensure DC safety and cleanliness in all zones + Ensure all equipment is in good order and ensure employees perform pre-shift checks + Maintain labour budget and cost per unit; assist the manager in planning and scheduling labor daily + Understand and process store receiving's including planning for seasonal changes;communicate and liaise with stores for all changes that are required + Promote employee involvement in employee relations and safety committees + Train and develop employees, identifying and mentoring high potential candidates + Ensure all returns are completed in a timely manner + Maintain KPI accuracy and provide feedback when targets are not met + Ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures while achievning departmental goals through effective staff management Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset + Minimum 3 years' experience in a diverse warehouse environment.
