Are you ready for a challlenge? MDC is looking for someone to join the company's largest Reverse Logistics department

Responsibilities Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures.Develop employees through coaching, goal setting, conducting performance reviewsInitiate and implement programs and procedures required to ensure DC safety and cleanliness in all zonesEnsure all equipment is in good order and ensure employees perform pre-shift checksMaintain labour budget and cost per unit; assist the manager in planning and scheduling labor dailyUnderstand and process store receiving's including planning for seasonal changes;communicate and liaise with stores for all changes that are requiredPromote employee involvement in employee relations and safety committeesTrain and develop employees, identifying and mentoring high potential candidatesEnsure all returns are completed in a timely mannerMaintain KPI accuracy and provide feedback when targets are not metEnsure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures while achievning departmental goals through effective staff management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an assetMinimum 3 years' experience in a diverse warehouse environment. Significant experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in an inventory-controlled environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of materials handling equipment and safe material handling techniquesProficient with Microsoft Office programsSelf-motivated, high energy and a strong work ethicSuperior planning and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Why The Brick?
