Job DescriptionAs a Plant RO Technician, you’ll be on the front and back end of providing maintenance and quality
control expertise on all types of mobile water treatment systems for customers all over the world. This
mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including (but not limited to) reverse
osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), Gas Transfer Membrane (GTM) among others. Completes duties and
tasks as directed by the Membrane Supervisor and Production Manager.

Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, pipe, air compressors, dosing pumps, blowers, instrumentation, among othersMaintain all ISO QC documentation from start to finish for all equipment being worked onPerform analytical testing such as chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, Conductivity, Rejections, Recoveries, etc.Document and report all findings for approvals and be able to troubleshoot issues that are out of complianceIdentify and pull parts to be loaded on equipment for job start ups and identify returning equipment to be returned to inventoryPerform membrane cleanings and sluicing of media as neededMay be utilized to assist the plant maintenance or electrical departments for various plant projects and issues as neededDelivers external customer satisfaction through on-time preparation; through continuous improvement initiatives and value-added projects that will ensure quality of equipment completed while considering cycle timesQualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
