Revit/ACC Docs Admin Summer Student
Loblaw is seeking a motivated and quick-learning individual to join our Planning and Design team as we improve the way we build and manage our Real Estate portfolio.

Develop in-demand skills: This internship offers an opportunity to hone your Revit skills and gain invaluable experience in Document Management, working with our internal teams and architectural consultants. You'll gain an understanding of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution.
Explore diverse opportunities: Go beyond design and delve into the world of retail real estate. You'll collaborate with various departments, gaining exposure to the multifaceted aspects of our business.
What You'll Do:
Handle the creation of ACC Docs projects for Loblaw's vast network.Explore your programming skills by potentially developing tools for ACC Docs and Dynamo in Revit.Analyze data from multiple drawings to assist in critical business decisions.Collaborate with consultants to develop and test innovative Revit Families.Participate in meetings and contribute to markups based on evolving business strategies.Build clear and concise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for the team.Embrace new challenges and contribute to various projects as needed.What You'll Bring:
Currently enrolled in a University or College program in Architectural Technology or a related field.A passion for learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong mathematical and statistical competence.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong emphasis on Revit.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent communication, writing, and multitasking abilities.A collaborative mentality, working reliably both independently and as part of a team.A proactive and insightful approach, always seeking new perspectives and innovative solutions.Confidence in your problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.Bonus Points:
