Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Revit/AutoCAD Operator with 1-2 years of Revit experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to complete detailed drawings from sketches, plans, specifications, and instructions using computer-aided modeling programs.
ResponsibilitiesComplete detailed drawings from sketches, plans, specifications, and verbal instructions using Revit and AutoCAD.Revise drawings and perform simple calculations with specific instructions.Interpret architectural and engineering documents.Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.Maintain a neat workspace and manage project documentation.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience with Revit.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong communication skills.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in design and drafting.Ability to correct drawings with attention to detail.Experience in architecture or engineering.Flexible with work hours and able to manage time effectively.Work Environment
You will be working in a small office environment with 2-3 coworkers, reporting to a laid-back and flexible manager. The office is currently 200 sq ft but will be expanding to 500+ sq ft soon. We offer a flexible work schedule, allowing you to come in early and leave early, as long as the work is completed and communicated effectively. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, ensuring a steady flow of projects.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00
