Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician/Revit Designer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong structural background and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Revit/BIM 360. In this role, you will be responsible for designing construction and marine projects, working with Revit families and legends, and contributing to a variety of construction documents.
ResponsibilitiesDesign construction and marine projects using Revit/BIM 360.Work with Revit families and legends to create detailed construction documents.Collaborate on structural designs and ensure accuracy in all project details.Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.Receive training on marine concepts while leveraging existing Revit experience.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years of design experience within the marine, construction, architectural, or industrial spaces.At least 4 years of experience with Revit.Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM 360.Strong understanding of Revit families, legends, and corridors.Ability to read and create blueprints and construction documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsMarine project experience is a plus.BIM 360 experience is highly desirable.Knowledge in drafting and structural design.Familiarity with marine structures such as wharfs, docks, dry docks, and piers.Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role offers opportunities for growth, holidays while on contract, and the chance to support a wide array of projects, including private LNG projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
