Job Title: BIM/Revit CoordinatorJob Description Our client is a leading MEP engineering firm who is currently looking for a BIM/Revit Coordinator to join their team! This individual will develop MEP Design in Revit, create models, set up families and annotate, and prepare Revit views and sheets for shop drawings. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of either mechanical or electrical systems. Responsibilities + Develop MEP Design in Revit + Create models in Revit and set up families and annotations + Prepare Revit views and sheets for shop drawings + Maintain Revit standards of the firm + Utilize strong knowledge of either mechanical or electrical systems Essential Skills + 3+ years of designing in Revit + Knowledge/design experience of construction documents, blueprints, and MEP + Experience with any MEP trade (HVAC, MEP design) Work Environment The team is composed of smart, friendly engineers who enjoy creativity and mechanical tinkering. The work environment includes cubicles and a shop with techs working on-site. The standard work schedule is 9-5 with some flexibility and occasional site visits, constituting about 10% of the workweek. The company offers flexible schedules.
