Revit Technician / CAD Drafter - Columbus, IN

We are actively hiring a Revit Technician to support a Construction Project Team in Columbus, IN! These projects will be primarily focused within the Industrial and Manufacturing industries, with a small portion of projects focused in Structural Bridge design. This position is open due to continued growth of projects and workload in 2024 and beyond. While candidates will work primarily within Industrial and Manufacturing Building design, they may also be tasked with Commercial, Bridge, Wood, or Masonry Projects. This team has bid on a variety of project types as they continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for a Drafting & Design Professional in the greater Columbus area to work with a consistent project load in the Construction industry. This is also a great chance for someone with minimal experience to gain excellent design experience and to build a long-term career.

Job Responsibilities:

Create drawing documents for Estimates, Proposals, and Field Construction for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems Support projects with Pre-Cast Concrete, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Falsework/Formwork, Wood, Masonry, and/or Concrete PoursPartner with Architects, Designers, Project Managers, and Civil Engineers for project needsQuality Control of information provided by and to Designers and Engineers

Job Requirements:

Revit Proficiency - Strong ability to produce Construction DocumentsDesign Experience - 3+ years of experience with Building Design or ModelingGrowth Mindset and Attitude - Ability to take instruction and the initiative with \"Can Do\" approachPreferred Skills - Any experience with Bluebeam, MEP, and/or Civil projects is a plus
