Reward Manager
The opportunity
Reporting to the reward senior manager you will play a key role in embedding the Reward Strategy using your stakeholder management and analytical abilities. Key to this role is your ability to manage relationships with various business contacts and influence outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
Salary Review project planning and management under the guidance of the Senior Reward Manager, who is co-ordinating the overall review Liaise with the various stakeholders (Talent, Finance, Operations) to plan and deliver the salary review within the required timeframe and budget Enable the business and the HR Business Consultants on the formulation of pay proposals, provide analysis for Service Lines and Business Units as a whole Calculate bonus payments - model budget, establish principles based on affordability and calculate payments Ensure Reward guidance is kept up-to-date and manage consistent salary review communications out to the business Conduct high quality analysis of Reward data and use this data to create inciteful reports for stakeholders, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk. Preparation of high quality and accurate datasets at a macro and micro level Collaborate with the relevant teams to improve the quality and efficiency of dataset collection Provide timely response to ad-hoc data/analysis requests, according to business priorities; Continuously improve the analysis and reporting approach through gathering feedback from report end-users Lead new initiatives across the Reward space through ad-hoc projects Manage other Reward process as required
Skills and attributes for success
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality output; Highly numerate and comfortable with numerical data, analysis etc; Strong project management and time management skills; Good presentation skills – ability to build summary reports (e.g. in PowerPoint) Self-driven, can work autonomously with a proven work ethic; Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines; Proactive professional who can deliver an exceptional service to their clients; Hard working, be able to work under pressure and sometimes on challenging timescales Relationship builder; HR systems knowledge (Success Factors, Pay Scale); Flexible.

Location
Ideally, we are looking for someone to be based in our London office, with travel to the London office at least once per week. Alternatively, this role can be based in one of our regional offices, with travel to the London office at least once per month
