Watch this short clip to discover how Arup are shaping a better world and how you could be a part of it! **The Opportunity** The Reward Partner reports to the Global Reward Director and sits within the Reward Community of Expertise (CoE). The Reward CoE team works across our organisation matrix spanning five regions, our global functions, and over 30 countries to deliver our ambitious Global Reward Strategy, within the context of the overall Arup Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert reward advice and guidance as well as shaping, delivering and monitoring reward solutions and activityensure we position ourselves well in the marketplaces in which we operate and provide an excellent member experience. This role works closely with global and regional people-team colleagues and the business leaders of our regions and global portfolios and functions. Your stakeholders will be some of the most senior leaders in Arup, so it is essential for you to communicate effectively and have the knowledge and confidence to influence and challenge assumptions.
