Organizations use this data to evaluate their standing vis-a-via other organizations. The process involves analysis of data which includes rigorous auditing of salary data, querying clients for doubts/ clarification, removal of salary outliers keeping in mind the market benchmarks, if any, and finally report generation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Project execution for Multiple projects in-line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards while ensuring high level of internal & external client satisfaction. Understand and apply processes directly linked to their own work. Support any process and technology enhancements/ initiatives. Collaborate with peers at Aon to understand methodologies and data findings. Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education and coaching. Adherence to Project Scope tracker & Delivery Tracker creation Highlight project risks with managers and stakeholders and provide solutions and alternatives for daily delivery of projects/deliverables in order to meet 100% client expectations. Create lessons learnt document/SOP's post completion of large study/forum. Responsible for creating and updating the training materials/simulations. Create Lessons Learnt document for project related processes and content post completion of each Study and partner with managers to provide a sign off for standard format(s) Responsible for Training & Mentoring of new colleagues SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of data, statistics and numbers Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytical skills. Willing to work in shifts.
