Effectively communicates with employees from your own departments to ensure a team environment. Makes process decisions and ensures product quality conforms with quality audit specifications. Reads specifications and schedules to prepare for upcoming jobs. Machine maintenance. May occasionally use forklift/roll clamp to transport product. Palletizes rolls and wraps on stretch wrapper to prepare for shipping. Ties bales on trim balers and broke balers. Sets up core cutter and cuts cores. Sets next crew up for success and effectively and efficiently communicates at shift change to Operators and Supervisors. All other duties as assigned.
