**Job Title: Rework** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Rework. This role involves packaging products, operating RF scanners, and performing shipping and receiving functions. There is an opportunity to move to the Slitter Operator position upon hire. **Responsibilities** + Perform packaging of products to be sent out. + Operate RF scanners to track products within the warehouse. + Handle shipping and receiving functions. + As a Slitter Operator (upon hire): read a bill of materials, perform machine set-ups, thread film into the machine, set blades to the proper width, and program the machine for length, speed, and tension. + Set up the leader table for proper tapes, leaders, and trailers, and retrieve the proper cores from inventory. + Perform basic troubleshooting of the machine, including adjusting speed, winding tension, and brake tension, recovering film breaks, stopping the machine, cutting broken film, and re-threading machines. + Complete quality checks with calipers. **Essential Skills** + Assembly/kitting/packing experience + Manufacturing experience + Reliability **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor + General production + General assembly + Assembly line + Labelling + Packaging line + Packaging machine operation + High School Diploma or GED **Why Work Here?** We offer a very clean and comfortable work environment with numerous employee appreciation events such as pizza parties and popcorn Thursdays. Shorts are also allowed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr.
