**Job Title: Rework Grinder** **Job Description** As a Rework Grinder, you will grind and blend defect areas on castings and blend welds to blueprint tolerances. The grinding is done in a 'grinding booth' which is an 8' ventilated room. Grinders are exposed to temperature extremes, and fatigue, especially in forearms and hands.
